Thays Morgan is a powerful marketing strategist. Her career spans more than 20 years and included syndicated marketing research at Information Resources Inc. to marketing and management at multiple consumer packaged goods companies from Anheuser Busch and PepsiCo, to most recently, The Coca-Cola Company.
In 2020 Thays became the managing lead at Marketplace Moments Consulting (MMC). Prior to joining MMC, she worked at The Coca-Cola Company for 17 years, where Thays held a variety of roles ranging from Digital Marketing, Business Planning and Analysis, National Shopper Insights, National Category Management, to Foodservice Channel Strategy Planning and Development. In these roles, she has lead projects to improve retail and foodservice customer engagement and guest and shopper experiences.
Thays has a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations with a concentration in Marketing from Florida International University (Miami).
A lifelong volunteer, Thays believes in serving her community. She has been actively involved with Boys and Girls Club of Metro Atlanta and Big Brothers and Big Sisters. Both organizations have provided the opportunity for her to mentor and encourage youth to envision and reach their full potential.
