In her role as a Territory Manager with OPKO, Nicole Wilson executes the physician engagement and clinical provide education strategy the Chronic Kidney Disease population in Metro Atlanta. Prior to this, Nicole developed the strategy for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures for nephrologists and healthcare systems as Director of Business Development with DaVita Kidney Care. She brings a wealth of healthcare sales and marketing experience, having worked for industry giants like Eli Lilly, Glaxo Smith Kline, The American Heart Association, and The American College of Cardiology, amongst others. Nicole's sales territory currently ranks in the top 10% of the nation.
Nicole is passionate about women’s development, mentoring and leadership initiatives, and is the past Vice-President of the Healthcare Business Women’s Associations – Atlanta Metro Chapter and the current Educational Advancement Foundation Chair for Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority. She was also served as a HBA Southeast Regional Mentor for the past three years.
She is a graduate of both the University of Florida (BS) and Nova Southeastern University (MBA.) Most importantly though, “Auntie Nickie” is blessed with a wonderful family who she cares deeply for. Whether planning girl trips with her mom and sister or dancing off beat and out of tune with her adorable niece and three nephews, Nicole feels quite blessed to have such a loving family.
