Miranda Reshaw is the Process Improvement Manager for the Coca-Cola Global IT Support Center. She was born and raised in the Netherlands, and lived in Edinburgh - Scotland and London - England prior to moving to the United States where she started her tenure at Coca-Cola. She has over 20 years of IT support and customer service experience in various capacities, and complimented her experience with certifications in customer experience, knowledge centered service, process improvement, project management, ITIL and agile scrum.
Miranda is the former VP of Ambassadorship for Coca-Cola women’s LINC, and the current Vice Chair of Coca-Cola Women in Technology. She was recognized as a Coca-Cola Corporate Woman of Achievement at the YWCA Salute to Women of Achievement in 2016 and 2019. She currently lives in the Atlanta area with her husband, two children and two boxers
