Kanyatta is an accomplished corporate leader having worked in technology and operations throughout her career. In her current role as Vice President, Client Product Support at ADP she leads the organization that provides expert-level product and technical support to our business units and clients. Additionally, as part of ADP’s digital transformation, she is responsible for identifying and driving reliability, automation and service enablement initiatives to improve the client and associate experience with ADP’s products and internal applications.
Prior to joining ADP, Kanyatta directed program management at Amdocs, Inc., after spending more than 12 years at Accenture. Passionate about mentoring young STEM-focused women in their professional development, Kanyatta serves on the Advisory Board of Directors for Women In Technology a non-profit in Atlanta that champions women in STEAM (Science Technology Engineering Arts and Math) from the classroom to the boardroom. In addition, she also serves as Chair of the Advisory Board for the Executive Women of Goizueta, an alumni affinity group at Emory University.
With an MBA from Emory’s GoizuetaSchool of Business, she also holds a B.S. in Software Engineering Technology from the University of Southern Mississippi. Calling Atlanta home, she lives with her husband and daughter, enjoys travel and spends time with family and friends whenever she can.
Tamika Stafford was born and educated in New York City. She moved to Atlanta in 2005. Tamika has worked in various positions in banking for the last seventeen years, the last ten of which have been spent at BB&T (Branch Banking & Trust) as a Market Leader, Small Business and Consumer Lender. She currently serves as the Atlanta BB&T Community Business Development Officer. In this role, she supports micro and small businesses in the community by providing small business technical assistance as it pertains to banking and demystifies accessing capital with traditional banks and alternative sources.
Empowering others to be self-sufficient and well-informed is a passion of Tamika’s. She’s facilitated financial wellness seminars advising as to credit, borrowing and access to capital for businesses at events held by the Small Business Administration, Greater Atlanta Economic Alliance, ATLNext, Georgia Minority Supplier Diversity Council, Emory’s Goizueta Business School’s START:ME Business Accelerator Program, Clayton County Library Headquarters, Operation Hope, Kennesaw State University, Piedmont College, Georgia Piedmont Technical College, Best Academy, Marietta City Housing Authority, Marietta High School, WorkSource Georgia - Cobb, COGIC, Delta Sigma Theta and many others.
Tamika is the proud recipient of the 2018 Georgia District Small Business Administration Financial Services Champion award. She serves on the following boards: Advisory Committee Member with EnrichHer, as a member of the BB&T Corporate Women’s Information Network and former Co-Chair for the Georgia Chapter from 2015 – 2018. Programming Committee member with the Greater Women’s Business Council, the Chair of the Corporate Advisory Board for the Atlanta Black Chamber, Advisory Board Member with the Georgia Micro Enterprise Network. On a personal note, Tamika enjoys traveling, the arts and the Tufster.
Nicole Long, a native of Atlanta Georgia, is the owner of Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency West Cobb. Twinkle Toes is a premier agency providing full and part-time nannies and occasional babysitters for families in West Cobb. She started her life in entrepreneurship after becoming a mom through the gift of adoption. Desiring more flexibility in her lifestyle to allow her more time to spend with her daughter, she searched for the perfect business and Twinkle Toes was right under her nose. You see Nicole was a client of Twinkle Toes, having found her amazing nanny through the agency.
Prior to Twinkle Toes, Nicole had a successful career in corporate America. She was most recently the Group Director of Finance for the National Retail Sales division of the Coca-Cola Company,where she spent 14 years supporting sales and marketing organizaitons and managing P&Ls of 1 billions cases and $3.1b in profit. Prior to Coca-Cola, Nicole worked in roles of increasing responsibility with Bell South, Peachtree Doors & Windows, General Motors, and Navistar. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and an MBA with a concentration in Finance, both from the School of Business and Industry at Florida A&M University.
Some of Nicole’s key accomplishments throughout her corporate career are working on the project team responsible for the integration of Coca-Cola and its largest bottler Coca-Cola Enterprises. In this role she had the unique experience of creating the first Cash Flow statement for the combined company, Coca-Cola Refreshments. Nicole also worked internationally with Coke in London, Kenya, and Nigeria. She also was integral in creating the opening balance sheet during the merger of Peachtree Doors and Windows and SNE Enterprises.
Nicole has an intense focus on community service. She serves on the board of the Cole Society of United Way of Greater Atlanta, and the Pretty Brown Girl Foundation. She was previously the VP for the Atlanta Chapter of the National Association of Black Accountants. She has a strong compassion for leading and developing. She has served as a facilitator for learning and development for organizations such as Coca-Cola, Association of International CPAs, Inroads, National Association of Black Accountants, Jack and Jill, Monica Motivates, National Black MBA Association, United Way of Greater Atlanta, Dress for Success, and Deloitte African American affinity group. While at Coke, she also co-directed the relationship between Coca-Cola and Mary Hall Freedom house, partnering with associates to facilitate workplace readiness training for women overcoming addiction.
Nicole’s proudest accomplishment is being the mom of Madison, her one-year old daughter.
Anita is currently the Founder and President of Pinnacle Workplace Solutions, LLC, an Atlanta-based Company focused on delivering Human Resources Consulting, Executive Coaching and HR Service Delivery. Through Pinnacle Workplace Solutions, Anita helps organizations to achieve extraordinary business results utilizing practical approaches and solutions.
Prior to founding Pinnacle Workplace Solutions, Anita spent more than 30 years with The Coca-Cola Company’s corporate headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. Over the course of her career, Anita held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility in the Company’s North America business and Corporate Headquarters in both the Legal and Human Resources divisions. Anita is an experienced HR Business Partner who has also worked in a variety of specialist areas such as Employee and Labor Relations, EEO/Compliance/Diversity & Inclusion and, Workplace Rights. Anita also has extensive global HR and service delivery experience in the Americas (including Latin America), Europe, Eurasia, Africa and Asia.
Anita currently serves on two Boards of Directors including Pearls of Vision Foundation, Inc., where she serves as Secretary and, The Coca-Cola Company, Family Federal Credit Union where she serves as the Chairman of the Personnel Committee. Anita earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Western Michigan University and holds numerous certifications including a Master Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University. Anita is also a Sherpa Certified Executive Coach.
Anita has been an active member of SHRM for more than 25 years at both the local and national levels and is lifetime SPHR certified. Anita is also a life member Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Phi Tau Omega Chapter where she currently serves as Vice President and is an active member of the Western Michigan University alumni association.
